Now Hiring: 1099 Licensed Therapists to Support Women Navigating Breakups, Divorce, and Relationship Loss
Remote or Hybrid | Flexible Schedule | Women-Centered Practice

Are you a licensed therapist who feels called to walk alongside women during one of the most emotionally intense and identity-shifting seasons of life?

Our private practice is growing, and we’re inviting passionate, heart-centered clinicians to join us as independent contractors (1099) in a deeply meaningful niche: supporting women as they navigate the emotional, relational, and personal journey of breakups and divorce.

We are a women-centered therapy practice focused on helping women heal from the grief, confusion, self-doubt, and transition that comes with relationship loss — and step into clarity, confidence, and empowerment. Our clients are smart, insightful women who are ready to do the work, but they don’t want to do it alone.

We offer individual therapy and curated group experiences that focus on healing attachment wounds, rebuilding self-worth, and navigating co-parenting or post-divorce identity with intention and strength.

This is a 1099 independent contractor position with flexible scheduling, allowing you to set your own hours and work from anywhere (or see clients in-person if preferred). You’ll have full clinical freedom, autonomy over your caseload, and the chance to work within a team that genuinely values collaboration, emotional intelligence, and ethical practice.

We are seeking clinicians who…

  • Are fully licensed and in good standing in your state

  • Have a genuine interest or specialization in working with women post-breakup or through divorce

  • Value relational, trauma-informed, and depth-oriented therapy

  • Are reliable, organized, and motivated to grow within a niche practice

  • Are comfortable working independently but enjoy being part of a supportive community of like-minded therapists

  • Experience with EMDR, IFS, or somatic modalities

  • Familiarity with issues like narcissistic abuse, betrayal trauma, or high-conflict divorce

  • Personal or professional experience that aligns with this population

  • Comfort facilitating small therapy groups or workshops (optional)

  • LGBTQIA+ affirming and culturally responsive practice

This is more than just a therapy job. It’s a chance to hold space for women as they grieve, rebuild, and rediscover who they are.

If this speaks to you, we’d love to hear from you. Please send your resume and details about your interest to hello@wildflowertherapy.org, subject line “Partnership Inquiry.”

We offer 1099 partnerships, virtually, in Kentucky, Tennessee and Indiana. We are selective in hiring individuals who are passionate about this particular niche.
